I wrote this book to share a technique that I use every day to live a happier and more peaceful life. In fact, it works so well that I felt obligated to share it. This technique is just too good to keep to myself.

You can learn the technique in just a couple of minutes, but I encourage you to get the book anyway because there are a lot more techniques that I touch on in the book. I purposely kept the book short so that people can read it quickly and often. One of the keys to learning is repetition, repetition, repetition.
